Card Changes & Limit Increases

New Card Requests

• Complete the 'MasterCard Application' found under the 'Forms' option by clicking this link https://www.therightbank.com/products-and-services/business-mastercard. Forward the completed application to Columbia Bank. Feel free to mail or drop-off the application to any Columbia Bank location.
• A fax copy of the application is acceptable to begin working on the request; however, we do require the original application in order to finalize the new-card request. Feel free to mail or drop-off the application to any Columbia Bank location.

Limit-Increase Requests
• Complete the 'MasterCard Application' found under the 'forms' option by clicking this link https://www.therightbank.com/products-and-services/business-mastercard. Forward the completed application to Columbia Bank. Feel free to mail or drop-off the application to any Columbia Bank location.

Cancel Your Card
• To cancel your Columbia Bank MasterCard, complete and return the 'MasterCard Request Change Form' found under the 'Forms' option by clicking this link

Contact Information Updates
• To update address or phone number changes, complete and return the 'MasterCard Request Change Form' found under the 'Forms' option by clicking this link https://www.therightbank.com/products-and-services/business-mastercard. Feel free to mail or drop-off the application to any Columbia Bank location.

    Statement Review

    • Can anyone other than the cardholder view statements? Information requested on the sign-in page is designed so that all cardholders can enter the site and view their own account information. In regards to company-issued credit cards, the company can view the account information of all cardholders as well as make payments.
    • For quality assurance, customer service or account maintenance purposes, Columbia Bank and its employees and agents may also access your account information through this website. Please contact Columbia Bank for more information.

    Unauthorized Access & Lost Cards

    Unauthorized Access

    • Re: single-transaction disputes - click on "Transaction History", then click on appropriate transaction.
    • Re: multiple-transaction disputes - your card may have been compromised. During regular business hours, contact Columbia Bank (toll-free) 877-896-0779.

    Lost Cards

    • Report missing or stolen cards to (toll-free) 800-556-5678.
    • Missing or stolen cards should be reported immediately. Compromised cards will be cancelled and new ones will be issued.

    Security Measures

    • In addition to advanced encryption techniques, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology is used to protect information you provide via online channels.
    • Sessions secured by SSL are identified by a 'locked padlock' graphic displayed at the bottom of most browser windows.
    • Additionally, before displaying any transaction activity information online, the identity of the cardholder is verified, using the sign-in or enrollment information.
